It’s only headed to China for now, but it illustrates how seriously Samsung takes hardware design quality. The all-metal device is 5.9mm thin weighs just 5.3 oz. with a phablet-sized 5.7-inch, 1080p display.  Other internals include an 8-core Snapdragon 615 chipset, a 16-megapixel f/2.2 rear camera a 5-megapixel f/1.9 front cam.  According to Samsung’s official product page the bezel is practically nil on the sides, a feat that could prove useful for upcoming phones. Thin–light is usually an accomplishment belonging to Apple devices, so if Samsung can continue to impress, it could gain a stronger foothold in the Android world.  The story behind the story: Samsung is fast becoming a design leader in the smartphone space. The most prominent examples here in the U.S. were the new Galaxy S6 Galaxy S6 ge. If Samsung keeps the trend going, we could see a rather slick Galaxy Note 5, which is due for a refresh in the next month or two.
